Registration is REQUIRED for all classes. No one will be admitted to class without pre-registration. Please see the most recent email regarding amended policies here. Doors open 15 minutes before each class. 

Class Descriptions

Gentle - This slow-moving practice will leave you feeling rested and renewed. Gentle yoga includes deep stretch to release stress and tension in the body and mind. This all-levels class is perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Hatha – This practice will focus on overall well-being, mentally and physically. A slower practice, recommended for beginners and advanced practitioners as well, Hatha will assist in finding balance through carefully sequenced postures with a different focus each class.

Vinyasa Flow – This flowing practice focuses on connecting breath with movement. Modifications are provided for every level of experience. The class is upbeat and fast-paced in a warm room, sure to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
